Here is how this trial works:
- Purchase any powered mobility product on this page: either online or call us to order
- Once you receive it, you have 7 days to try the product, but it must be indoors! During your trial period, be careful not to damage the products.
- If the product is not for you, simply call us to set up a return within the free trial period. No need to take it to the carrier to return; the supplier will arrange pickup!
- As long as the product is returned in its original packaging and there are no signs of damage, such as, but not limited to, scratches on the frame, seat or wheel hub, rips or tears, you will receive a full refund. However, please note that a restocking fee of 25% and the cost of repair will be deducted from your refund if damages are found.
